Evans to speak at prayer breakfast WHITTIER – Vince Evans, former quarterback for USC and the Oakland Raiders, will be the keynote speaker at the 26th annual YMCA Christmas Prayer Breakfast at 6:55 a.m. Friday at the Radisson in Uptown Whittier.Evans was USC’s starting quarterback during the 1977 season.
